the gd life
after such a long while, i believe its time for some updates. to begin wif, the jeep course i’m currently going thru is seriously a welcome break from life in a combat unit. its held at kaki bukit driving circuit. a place far far away from the hell dat is bedok camp. being a stay out course, its heaven to enjoy civilian pleasures for a mth. nothing beats the feeling of a hot shower, a good dinner in jurong west hawker centre, followed by tv and a warm cozy bed to end off a tiring day. time definitely flies outside bedok camp. so fast 3 weeks gone already. haiz. i seriously don’t mind having jeep course til i ord. dream on baby.
the onli pressure u get is from the instructors, cos its seriously demanding trying to master driving in such a short span of time. which includes passing highway code, hsp (highway situational prob. a veri tao tia module which is seriously anal. n is non-exsistent in practice) ur parking. n finally ur driving test. my driving test is next mon, a sign dat dis beautiful course is ending soon.
in jeep course, getting fucked upside down while u’re driving is perfectly normal.

once u kena all these instructors u realize dat ur sergeants back in camp r nothing. cos these pple r realli fierce. n they can fuck u til u feel dam small n stupid n blur. they r the ones dat make ur break ur day. its realli a surprise cos i never knew dat driving cd b so tiring cos u realli need to b alert n concentrate on the rd.
but once again, even after a bad day, u still haf ur home to look forward to.
i hear those in camp r continuing wif intensive training. just yesterday morning, i heard they did a 5.1km run in fbo. which makes stay out scouts like us feel super unfit.
on another note, went to watch ratatouille 2 wks ago. its one of the best animations i’ve ever watched. the imagination n plot is just so original n refreshing. n the graphics give the film just the right atmosphere. wif drama suspense romance action n humor all cham cham inside, its a bao ka liao movie.
